About the Organization / نبذة عن المنظمة
SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO which, for more than 40 years, has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting their vital needs for food, water and shelter. Particularly involved in the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the first cause of death in the world, SI's interventions provide expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and hygiene promotion, but also in the essential area of food security and livelihoods. Present in around twenty countries, SI's teams - 2000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, and a few volunteers - work with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

About the Role / وصف الوظيفة
SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL launches the external and internal recruitment of a Cleaner. Base: Aden.
The cleaner will clean the working quarters and yard of Solidarités International Coordination Office in order to keep these areas clean, safe and pleasant.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
SUPPLIES AND STOCK MANAGEMENT / إدارة المستلزمات والمخزون
- Manages stocks of cleaning products, food and basic supplies / إدارة مخزون مواد التنظيف والمواد الغذائية والمستلزمات الأساسية
- Ensures that every bathroom/toilet is stocked with toilet paper, soap and hand towels / التأكد من توفر ورق التواليت والصابون ومناشف اليد في جميع الحمامات ودورات المياه
TIDYING AND CLEANING / الترتيب والتنظيف
- Empties wastepaper baskets and bins / تفريغ سلل النفايات
- Washes the floors and windows of the buildings / تنظيف وغسل أرضيات ونوافذ المبنى
- Cleans furniture / تنظيف الأثاث
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms and toilets / تنظيف وتعقيم الحمامات ودورات المياه
- Where applicable, may wash, dry and iron the clothes of staff living in the guest house, as well as towels and household linen / عند الحاجة، يقوم عامل النظافة بغسل وتجفيف وكي ملابس الموظفين المقيمين في دار الضيافة، بالإضافة إلى المناشف والمفروشات المنزلية
- Change bed linen regularly / تغيير أغطية الأسرة بشكل منتظم

- Is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the documents they produce / مسؤول عن ضمان امتثال الوثائق التي ينتجها
FILING AND ARCHIVING / حفظ الأرشيف
- Is responsible for filing and archiving the documents they produce in accordance with internal procedures / مسؤول عن حفظ وأرشفة الوثائق التي يقوم بإعدادها وفقًا للإجراءات الداخلية المعتمدة
FIGHT AGAINST ABUSE / مكافحة سوء السلوك

PARTNERSHIPS / الشراكات
- May contribute, in line with their role and responsibilities, to the verification process for SI implementation partners / قد يساهم، بما يتناسب مع دوره ومسؤولياته، في عملية التحقق من الشركاء المنفذين لمنظمة التضامن الدولي

Required Qualifications & Experience / المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred / يفضل وجود خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في وظيفة مشابهة.
- Good knowledge of basic cleaning methods and the proper use of cleaning materials and equipment / معرفة جيدة بأساسيات التنظيف والاستخدام الصحيح لمواد ومعدات التنظيف.
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene / الاهتمام الجيد بالنظافة والصحة العامة.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team / القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والعمل ضمن فريق.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible / الالتزام بالمواعيد وتحمل المسؤولية.
- Able to prioritize tasks and follow instructions / القدرة على ترتيب الأولويات واتباع التعليمات.
